Beautifully Blind Make-Up Hints and Tips Tutorials
Where: In the comfort of your own home via Zoom
When: weekly sessions from Thursday, March 31st
What time: 2.30 – 4pm (approx.)
Our Beautifully Blind Make-Up Hints and Tips Tutorials are back! The feedback we received from our pilot course in the summer was fantastic, and we are looking to build on everything we learned the first time around. Our aims are to instil confidence, develop peer to peer support and equip women who have a vision impairment with the essential skills required to apply make-up independently.
We understand the issues and the barriers to applying make-up and we have created a safe learning space for you to find a technique that works for you.
If you or someone you know would benefit from a step by step, friendly, person centred approach to every aspect of make up application please get in touch.
Here is a breakdown of the sessions by week:
Session 1 – Introduction, equipment and items of use and preparation hints and tips
Session 2 – Introduction to Eyes
Session 3 – Perfecting Eyeshadow
Session 4 – Introduction to Eyeliner and Mascara
Session 5 – Perfecting Eyeliner and Mascara
Session 6 – Introduction to Face and Foundation
Session 7 – Introduction to Cheeks and Lips
Session 8 – Perfecting the face
Session 9 – A full face of Make-up
Session 10 – A round up of the sessions

Resource Centre opening times February 2022
Our Resource Centre will be opening up again in February 2022.
Tuesday 1st February to Thursday 3rd February 10am – 3:30pm
Monday 7th February to Thursday 10th February 10am – 3:30pm
After this the Resource Centre will continue opening between Monday and Thursday unless any further restrictions are imposed.
