Beware COVID-19 scams!

20 January 2021

As we all know,  multiple COVID-19 vaccines are now being approved for use in the UK, which is wonderful news for all of us.

It is also good news for criminals. Scammers are attempting to exploit people by trying to take advantage of the vaccine roll out, calling, texting and emailing people offering ‘priority slots’ for vaccinations. Remember – the COVID-19 vaccine is free of charge and there is no way to jump the queue by paying for a ‘priority slot’.
