What are your experiences of getting information in a format you can read from the NHS?
Please could you take a few minutes to compete a short survey on behalf of the RNIB about your experiences of getting information in a format you can read from the NHS.
The survey will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
In 2013 the Welsh Government introduced “The All Wales Standards for Accessible Communication and Information for People with Sensory Loss” this sets out the level of service that people with sensory loss should expect when they need healthcare, including receiving health information in formats that they can read. However, many blind and partially sighted people are still telling us that they are receiving information they are unable to read. This needs to change and we need to hear your experiences so we can tell Welsh Government what is happening in Wales.
We would really appreciate if you would complete this short survey, Part 1 is about your experiences at your GP, Part 2 repeats the questions about your experiences at hospital and in Part 3 we have some general questions. Most of the questions are yes or no answers so it shouldn’t take too long.
Thanks for your help.
The survey closes on the 25 January 2023
