Sight Life provides practical support, advice, and hope to blind and partially sighted people in Cardiff, Swansea, and Rhondda Cynon Taf.

We help people stay connected, regain independence, and live full, active lives—especially those facing the trauma of sight loss later in life.

What We Do 

• We support over 4,000 people each year through home visits, community groups, and one-to-one sessions.

• 90% of our members feel less isolated, 80% more independent, and 74% healthier thanks to our work.

• Our team of 14 staff and 113 volunteers run activities from yoga and singing to touch tours and VI sports.

• We help people get online, access the arts, and stay part of their communities.
