This Friday 24 April, Sight Life is delighted to be hosting the Live Well Expo at St David’s Shopping Centre, Cardiff, bringing together a wide range of local businesses and organisations all under one roof to support healthier, more independent living.

Taking place from 10am until 3pm in the heart of Cardiff city centre’s flagship shopping centre, the Live Well Expo is a free, drop‑in event designed to connect people with practical advice, useful services and friendly local experts.

What is the Live Well Expo?

The Sight Life Live Well Expo is an opportunity for the public to meet a variety of organisations offering support, guidance and services that can help improve everyday life. Whether you’re looking for health and wellbeing advice, practical home solutions, financial guidance or community services, there will be something for everyone.

Visitors will be able to speak directly with representatives from areas including:

• Health and fitness
• Glaucoma UK and vision‑related support
• Utilities and age‑friendly Cardiff services
• Building and property services
• Mortgages, financial advice and accountancy

The event is hosted by Sight Life, in partnership with St David’s Shopping Centre. Sight Life has been supporting blind and partially sighted people across South Wales for more than 160 years, and the Live Well Expo reflects the charity’s commitment to helping people live well, stay independent and feel connected to their community.

Sight Life is also proud to be an Official Charity Partner of St David’s, making the centre an ideal and accessible location for this community‑focused event.
