Active Travel Network Map consultation: Cardiff

Active Travel Network Map consultation: In-person session

Date: Monday 29th June 2026

Time: 10-12:30

Location: Sight Life, Jones Court, Womanby Street, Activity Room.

Cardiff Council is consulting on their Active Travel Network Map and would like to hear your thoughts.

This is a 15-year plan for improving routes for walking, wheeling, and cycling.

The plan involves existing routes and proposed future routes.

In collaboration with Cardiff Council, Sight Life, RNIB Cymru and Guide Dogs have organised an in-person session on 29th June 2026, so that you can:

Find out more about what an Active Travel route is, where they are, and what route additions are being proposed,

and

Have your say to help ensure the routes are serving people’s journeys.

You can also go to Active Travel Network Map consultation and click on “complete the survey” button.

Please Note: this session will NOT be looking at what adjustments might be made (e.g. where dropped kerbs might be) – that would be covered in later site-specific consultations.

This session is run by Cardiff Council and not Sight Life.
