Cowbridge Insight Club
Cowbridge Insight Club is a support and social group for people with sight loss.
Meetings held in the Cowbridge Leisure Centre every other Wednesday from 10.30am – 12.30pm
The heart and purpose the club is to help people through the trauma of sight loss by means of mutual support, and by encouraging them to retain or re-gain confidence and independance.
Our meetings provide each individual with the opportunity to talk on an equal basis with others who have faced a similar situation in their lives. It is a club run BY visually impaired FOR visually impaired people.
The club also has a social element. Members decide their own programme of activities including trips, guest speakers and entertainers, quizzes, bingo and product demonstrations.
