How can we help you?
How can we help you? Sight Life is the new working name for Cardiff Institute for the Blind. Cardiff Institute for the Blind has been working to support people with sight loss in the capital of Wales since 1865. Click here to find out more about our history. We changed our name in October 2019 to help people understand that we support anyone with a sight problem, not just people who are blind.
So what does Sight Life actually do? Sight Life works locally to help blind and partially sighted people across South Wales enjoy independent, active, social and fulfilling lives. We have tried to make sure you can find the information you need as quickly as possible. We’ve provided direct links to some of the key questions that people ask us. The list isn’t exhaustive – there are always lots of questions! If you have a question or query that is not covered here, and you want our help, please feel free to contact us by phone on 029 2039 8900 or you can email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to answer your questions. How can we help you?
