Last Thursday of the month between approximately 6.30pm and 9.30pm (at various venues).

The Shand Pioneers is a social group that usually meets at the Croft Pub in Roath. The group decides on an annual programme of events which can include bowling, pub quizzes, theatre trips, etc.

The end of the summer season of activities is topped off with a lively barbecue for all.
