National Museum of Wales Audio Described Tours
The National Museum of Wales, Cathays Park, Cardiff puts on guided audio described tours of different areas of its collection for visitors who are blind or partially sighted. These usually run on the second Thursday of every third month. A blind or partially sighted visitor is welcome to be accompanied by a sighted companion. Museum staff can offer a limited amount of guided assistance but this needs to be arranged in advance.

The museum also has audio material to support some of the visual collections and a touch trail is available in the Natural History galleries.
