Lynne Diplock

Lynne leads the delivery of Sight Life’s services across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot, working closely with staff, volunteers, and local partners to provide high‑quality support for people living with sight loss. Having joined Sight Life after a year as a dedicated volunteer, Lynne brings a wealth of experience from her previous role with RNIB Connect Radio, alongside a strong understanding of our work and close connections with members and volunteers. She coordinates local activities and services, working alongside the team and key volunteers to ensure people can access the support they need to live independent, active, and fulfilling lives.
