Rich was appointed CEO for Sight Life in November 2021. His previous role was National Partnership Development Manager for the RNIB where he successfully developed strategic business and funding proposals that yielded six figure, multiyear grants and partnership funded projects with key partners including the Welsh Government and The National Lottery Community Fund. Prior to this role Rich was Chief Executive Officer for Canoe Wales, a post he held for ten years.
