One-to-one calls

We now have seven volunteers who have been trained to be telephone befrienders.  They can call isolated blind and partially sighted people once a week, for a friendly chat with someone who is prepared to listen and be supportive.  Please contact one of the community connection coordinators to find out more.

Wellbeing Wednesday – Join us for an hour each week to unwind, relax and practice mindfulness as you’re transported on a wonderful sensory journey. From swimming to flying, each week you’ll be experiencing something different.

Mission Ambition – See where your dreams can take you! Use the support of the community to help realise your ambitions and dreams – no matter how big or small. Join us for regular advice, guidance, support and encouragement from friends across the South West.

The Great Big South West Quiz – Midweek fun for all budding eggheads. Join friends from across the South West in our weekly quiz.
